Analyzer Characteristics：

The laser gas analyzer adopts high-temperature heating+TDLAS technology (tunable semiconductor laser spectral absorption technology). By using an 8-meter Heriot cell, high-precision gas detection has been achieved. The system has high integration, is not limited by installation points and operating conditions, and has high measurement sensitivity and resolution. Online calibration can be achieved to ensure high precision and reliability of gas monitoring.
The system consists of three parts: sampling and transmission unit, preprocessing and control unit, and analysis unit. It is mainly used for gas emission monitoring and process control in many industrial fields, such as coal-fired power plants, aluminum plants, steel plants, smelters, waste to energy plants, cement plants, chemical plants, glass plants, etc.

◎ High measurement accuracy
The technical route of using wavelength modulation absorption spectroscopy technology+long optical path+differential spectroscopy algorithm has improved the detection accuracy and sensitivity, and is not affected by low-frequency noise (such as vibration and low-frequency electromagnetic interference).

◎ Long optical path, strong absorption
The Heliot light cell is used, with a cavity length of 184mm, 43 reflections, and an effective optical path length of 8.09 meters.

◎ Fast response speed
The system adopts multiple reflection chamber technology, with a total length of 210mm.
Compared to traditional 1.5-meter chambers, it has a smaller volume and faster displacement.
At the same time, lower sampling flow rates can be used to effectively avoid ammonium salt crystallization.

Easy to maintain
Detachable chamber allows for lens cleaning without adjusting the optical path.
The reflector is designed as a separate modular unit, and replacing the lens does not require re dimming.
